Modern hotel convenient to the airport

We stayed one night, arriving late in the evening for a flight from MAD the next morning. The shuttle to the airport is convenient, and it takes about 20 minutes to get to the international terminal from the hotel. The staff who checked us in were not terribly welcoming, but it was late and its a business hotel, so my family were not really their customer. The rooms spacious with modern amenities. We wished there were more phone charging stations and electrical outlets. It was a fine stay for one night and very convenient to the airport.

Room was clean. Sheets were magnificent. Bed was comfortable… a bit hard but that was nice. 3 pillows per bed of different fluffiness. Bath had heated towels that were as large as a yoga mat. Nice touch. Bath was stocked with multi-use shampoo, soap and lotion. Gym looked nice. I forgot a few items and the front desk had complimentary dental kit, nail file and comb. Staff were kind and welcoming. Shuttle driver from the airport put the bags on the bus. However the one in the morning wasn’t as full service. This resulted in people’s luggage rolling around. It was a few minutes walk to several restaurants, some that were open during siesta. Coffee machine in the lobby was one that dispensed several types of coffee and milk. There were water dispensers in the gym and lobby I wish I had seen before I used the minibar in the room. The hallways and room were carpeted, but clean enough for carpet. Although there were directions on the safe in the closet, I was unable to get it to work. I gave up instead of asking for assistance. I was surprised there were no USB outlets, but I had an adapter, so it didn’t matter. I can highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Nice hotel not far from the MAD airport. Great for the one night stay to connect to a flight. Very good spacious rooms with very pleasant staff. They do have one of the nicer breakfast spreads that I have seen. A free shuttle to and from the airport is offered. The only downside is when picked up at terminal 4, you will be stopping and waiting at the other terminals turning what would be a 6 min. shuttle ride into 30-40 min. I'd use an Uber next time for 10 Euros.

This is an ok airport hotel if very dated and do not look outside as I would sincerely hope they renovate the garden/pool area before it opens!! Just a couple things to note: - BEWARE MINI BAR CHARGE ON YOUR CREDID CARD POST CHECKOUT. You are asked to leave a credit card and sign a form for the mini bar. We had to do this but not for anything else. We didn't want to have to check-out (room paid on arrival and there was queue to check-in, waited 10-15 minutes), we paid for our drinks/dinner direct. As I had read previous reviews and was aware of this, I noticed too I was subjected to same. I wrote to the hotel who promptly reimbursed me. - Although hotel offers complimentary shuttle service, we didn't want to wait so opted for taxi. Flat fee from airport of 20€ and return is on meter so nearer 10€, taxis come very quick.

Had a very nice two-night stay before a flight. The hotel has a bunch of fast-food restaurants nearby (Domino's is 1 block, McDonald's right by the door, Hiber supermarket a few blocks away). Did not book breakfast cause I just stayed for two days. Room looks a bit dated compared to other airport hotels like the Hilton - but it's much quieter and has many more options nearby.
